Problem with delivery of service or order

Before starting a dispute process, we strongly recommend that you reach out to the vendor relating to your issue first, and if the vendor does not resolve the issue within a reasonable time, then we invite you to follow our Dispute Registration process as outlined herein.

Disputes must be registered within 180 (one hundred eighty) days from the transaction date.

You can register transactions that have unresolved problems in your paypump account by selecting the transaction relating to the issue being experienced, and selecting the ‘Register Dispute’ option from the menu. You will be required to complete the Dispute Registration Form before the dispute will be registered.

paypump will facilitate a dispute resolution process according to the paypump Dispute Resolution process, and typically closes disputes within 30 (thirty) days of registration.
