Why is there a ‘hold’ on my credit(s)?

Have you noticed that certain transactions are not available for funds that have recently been credited to your paypump account due a to ‘hold’ on your balance(s)?

paypump applies a 4 (four) day ‘hold’ on new credit loads. Credits that are in the ‘hold’ status can be used to complete purchase transactions in favour of paypump approved vendors.

New credits / loads typically clear within 4 (four) days, whereafter you can apply your paypump account balance(s) to complete transfers, conversions or withdrawals.

Should you notice that your funds are still not cleared after 4 (four) days, please reach out to the paypump customer support team.
