paypump is a regulated financial services provider. As a regulated entity, paypump is reqruired to maintain legislative compliance.
If your paypump account functionality is ‘Limited’, that means that either you have not provided the required information or uploaded the required supporting documentation to enable paypump to perform its verifications before activating your paypump account.
If you have provided all the requested information but your Account still only has ‘Limited’ access, then please allow us 3 (three) working days to process your information. If your Account still remains ‘Limited’ after 3 (three) days, please reach out to our Service Desk.
| Please note that paypump reserves the right to deny services at its sole discretion. If paypump elects to deny service(s) at it sole discretion, paypump will notify the affected individual accordingly, and paypump is not compelled to share any reason for the decision in accordance with global AML/CFT compliance guidelines. |
