With paypump you can purchase goods and services from approved vendors. You can identify approved vendors by seeing the ‘paypump accepted here’ sign on payments or checkout pages.
To purchase goods or services, your paypump needs to be sufficiently funded in the transaction currency. Should your account not be funded sufficiently in the transaction currency, then:
- paypump will allow you to fund your account with an amount equal to or greater than the transaction you are doing, or;
- if you have a balance available in a currency other than the currency of the transaction you are trying to complete, paypump will offer you the ability to convert funds from the currency it is held in to the currency that the transaction is presented in, or;
- if the balance your are holding in another currency is not enough to cover the transaction, then paypump will allow you to part-pay from a combination of 1 and 2 above.
Once the payment transaction has been processed, please liaise with the respective approved vendor on the fulfilment of your order.
| Should the approved vendor not fulfil your order according the agreed terms, and you have tried to resolve the matter directly with the vendor, you are welcome lodge a ticket with the paypump dispute process centre. |
