Your ability to make use of your paypump Account, including for holding specific Currencies and performing specific Transactions may differ depending on territorial and other restrictions applicable to you or to any other person involved in a Transaction.
- paypump services are available to eligible and approved individuals who are not residents of the Republic of Mauritius or businesses that sell their goods or services to residents of the Republic of Mauritius.
- Your ability to make use of your Paypump Account, including for holding specific Currencies and performing specific Transactions may differ depending on territorial and other restrictions applicable to you or to any other person involved in a Transaction.
You may not, and may not assist anyone else to:
- Provide us with false, inaccurate or misleading information.
- Refuse to provide us with the required evidence to confirm your identity or the accuracy of any information you may have previously provided to us.
- Breach any of our Terms.
- Allow use of your paypump Account by someone else or use someone else’s paypump Account.
- Use your paypump Account in contravention of the applicable Transaction Rules.
- Use your paypump Account or any other access you may obtain to our services in an abusive, harmful, fraudulent or unlawful manner or in the furtherance of harmful, fraudulent or unlawful activities, such as for money-laundering, circumvention of sanctions, the funding of terrorist activities or for corruption, or the trade in humans, arms, drugs or pornography.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to or to interfere with, harm or modify our systems, data or services, or to circumvent our system security mechanisms in any way.
- Use your paypump Account to receive business payments. The paypump Account is for personal use only. If you want to receive business-related payments from paypump you should apply to become a merchant through a paypump for business account.
- Try to obtain a refund/reimbursement from us with respect to a Transaction if you are able to recover the payment elsewhere, whether from, the Merchant, your bank, your insurer or anyone else.
- Use funds mistakenly made available to you in your paypump Account for any Transactions. You must notify us immediately if you become aware that funds have been mistakenly paid into or credited to your paypump Account.
- Use your paypump Account for speculative currency trading, arbitrage, conversion options, or any other activity that paypump determines to be primarily aimed at making financial gains based on currency exchange rates.
